Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising/Scientific Committee. In case of non-acceptance of an oral communication due to limited slots available, presenters will be invited to present their research as a poster. Please submit only one abstract.
Guidelines for presenters
The time length of the different kinds of communication will be:
- Keynote lectures: 30 minutes (25 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for questions)
- Invited lectures: 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for questions)
- Oral Communications: 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for questions)
- Flash Communications: 5 minutes
All speakers will be provided with a video projector and a laptop for their PowerPoint presentation.
Poster size is A0 (nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high), in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the presenting author.
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
